Dear Group Organizer,

Thank you for your interest and enthusiasm in our sport. We trust that while there is a certain amount of effort required on your part, you will find organizing a group rewarding for you. First you will be helping many people experience the thrill and excitement of making their first jump. Whether they choose Tandem, Accelerated freefall or Static Line, you can take pride in the fact that you were involved in an adventure that they will remember for a lifetime. For some, the seed to participate in our sport that grows into an exciting new way of life, will have been planted by you, and nurtured into reality by the highly trained professionals at Aerohio. Second, the expense of your own jump will be greatly reduced or even paid in full through your efforts to bring the thrill of skydiving to others. You will receive $100.00 credit towards an AFF or a FREE TANDEM JUMP - for every 10 people you bring besides yourself to make his or her first jump with us. Not everyone in your group must do the same type of jump, in fact each person in your group may choose any one of the three first jump methods.

Let me explain just how this program works. We will furnish you with a sign up sheet / accounting ledger to start with. We strongly recommend that you pick a class date for your group, make your initial reservation, and estimated group size, after just your first few people show interest. Then, begin collecting the $35 non-refundable deposits and hold them for your group. Anyone who wants to use Mastercard or Visa may simply call us, identify themselves as part of your group, and we will handle the transaction. You will also need to keep track of those who make credit card deposits so your group list is complete, and keep us updated as your group size increases.

In order to receive the discounted price for your group and your organizer credits, a $35 non-refundable deposit must be received at least 3 days ( 72 hours) prior to your class date and each person will be expected to pay in full when they show up for class. Any cancellation or no shows may affect your group status (as in going below 12 participants) so it is important to make your group aware of the refund and cancellation policy. We encourage substitutions to deter this from happening. You must have at least 12 people other than yourself to get your organizing credit of a FREE TANDEM SKYDIVE or $100.00 off AFF.

If a 3 day notice is received, the $35 deposit can be transferred to another day or refunded.

If on the day of the jump you are not able to jump for whatever reason and an individual wants a refund, everything but the $35 can be refunded for a Tandem or if you trained for AFF, Static Line or Tandem you can take a rain-check to come back and make the jump. Please make sure your group understands this so there will not be any confusion the day of the jump.

It is important for your group to understand that once your class dates are confirmed and the deposits paid, the student jumpers are required to come to the drop zone for class regardless of the weather!  We must ensure that the ground school portion of the class is completed when scheduled since there will be another class scheduled the next day or weekend. This is an important part of our operating policy and we do not make exceptions. Unless a 3 day notice is given, deposits will be forfeited for anyone not showing.

CLOTHING Etc.

Dress comfortably for the season (shorts, jeans, sweats, and gym shoes). Leave all loose and/or expensive jewelry at home. It can be lost on the jump. Bring extra clothes in the event that the weather would change. We have a Deli on site for lunch and snacks, but you are welcome to bring a picnic lunch for you, your group, or family coming to watch in our spectator area.

A professional video and still photography service is available for an additional fee for your Tandem or AFF jump. In order to assure this service, as much advance notice is appreciated. If you are interested in a promotional video to show your group so they can decide on video prior to the jump date just call us and we will send one to you.
