AerOhio Waiver for Licensed Skydivers

To jump at AerOhio all licensed skydivers must fill out a waiver.  The waiver link below is the AerOhio General Waiver.  If you are visiting AerOhio for the first time you must fill this out.

• If you are a current AerOhio licensed jumper and the General Waiver is already on file,  you only need to fill out the Licensed Jumper Addendum at the skydiving center each year.
